Privacy Policy

Last updated 19 September 2026

This policy explains what we do with your information when you use this website, write to us, or run a node with Myntli. It is written in plain language on purpose.

Who we are

Myntli is a product of Tradiant LLC, a company registered in Georgia. You can reach us at hello@myntli.com about anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete what we hold about you.

The short version

  • We do not run advertising trackers on this website.
  • We never see or receive your card details.
  • We never hold your bitcoin and we cannot spend it. Your wallet is yours and the keys stay with you.
  • We do not sell your information to anyone, for any reason.

When you visit this website

Our web host keeps standard server logs — the address your request came from, the page asked for, the time, and which browser was used. These are kept for a short period for security and to fix faults. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

WordPress, which runs this site, sets a cookie only if you log in or leave a comment. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

When you write to us or use the chat

If you email us, use the contact form, or open the chat bubble, we keep your message and your email address so we can answer you and so we have a record of what was agreed. Those messages are handled in our own systems, run by Tradiant on our own servers, and are not shared with a third-party helpdesk.

We keep support correspondence for up to three years, then delete it. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.

When you subscribe

Tradiant LLC is the seller. Checkout runs on our own ReplaPay installation, and you may pay by card or in cryptocurrency.

If you pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, the payment is processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own hosted page. Your card details never touch this website and we never see them. Stripe handles that data under its own privacy policy, at stripe.com/privacy. If you pay in bitcoin, the payment settles on the blockchain, which is public and permanent by design.

From a subscription we receive and keep: your name or company name, your email address, your plan, and the dates. We need this to run your node, to contact you about it, and because tax law requires us to keep records of sales. Sales records are kept for as long as the law requires, which is normally seven years.

What we can and cannot see on your node

This is the part that matters most, so we will be exact about it.

We cannot spend your money. BTCPay Server is set up with your wallet, using a public key you supply. The private keys that authorise spending never exist on the node and are never given to us. Payments go from your buyer to your wallet, and there is no step in between where we could take anything.

We do run the machine. Because we install, host, monitor, update and back up the node for you, we have administrative access to the server it runs on. That means we can technically see what is stored there: your invoices, the amounts, the wallet addresses generated for each payment, any email address or order reference your shop passes to BTCPay, and the server’s logs.

We look at that only to keep the node working, to fix a fault, or when you ask us to help with something. We do not analyse your sales, profile your buyers, or pass any of it to anyone. If you would rather nobody had that access, BTCPay Server is free open-source software and you are welcome to run it yourself — we will still answer questions.

Bitcoin addresses and transactions are public. Anything settled on the blockchain is visible to anyone, forever, whoever runs the node. That is how bitcoin works and is not something we or you can change.

Please note that you remain the data controller for your own buyers’ information. Your relationship with your buyers, and your own privacy notice, are yours.

Who else sees your information

Only the companies we need to run the business: our web host and server provider, our email provider, and Stripe for card payments. Each one only ever sees what it needs to do its job. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable form. You can also object to how we use it. Write to hello@myntli.com and we will answer within 30 days. There is no charge.

Two things we cannot delete: a record of a sale, because tax law obliges us to keep it, and anything already written to a blockchain, which nobody can delete. We will tell you if either applies.

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom and you think we have handled your information badly, you may complain to your national data protection authority. We would much rather you told us first, so we can put it right.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects people who already run a node with us, we will email them.

Questions about any of this: hello@myntli.com.
